The town of San Manuel is a typically rural community located at the nothernmost horn of the Province of Tarlac. Ilocano, Kapampangan and Pangasinan are commonly spoken, with Tagalog ang English as a official languages used for secondary educatio, business and governance.

Welcome to Bagong San Manuel!

Decade ago, the Municipality of San Manuel, Tarlac and its hard working people has consistently strived and risen to become the premier agricultural town in the Province of Tarlac side by side with the local governments trust of commercializing the locality by continuously enticing investors to put up their businesses here, thus greatly contributed immensely to the economic development and progress of the town as we developed from 5th class status back then to a possible 2nd class municipality.

Recently, the town of San Manuel, Tarlac has garnered 3rd place in the Most Improved 3rd to 4th class Municipality in the Philippines under the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index Award for C.Y. 2022 given by the Department of Trade and Industry.

Our thrust is to achieve development and progress in the field of agriculture and in the area of commerce, trade and industry without sacrificing the ecology and environment of the locality.

As a leading producer of tobacco in the province, we intend to become the top producer of the same in the entire Region III.

With our credo “Sulong Pa, Bagong San Manuel” it inspires the local government unit and the people to strive more for greater height through collective effort, industriousness, integrity, transparency and accountability and with the help of the almighty God.
