The town of San Manuel celebrated its 115th anniversary of founding on February 19–25, 2024, with the theme “Sulong pa Bagong San Manuel.” From the first day of the celebration to the last, different areas, under the supervision of the Local Government Unit (LGU), took part in all the festival activities. Under the direction of the astute and tireless Municipal Mayor Donya Tesoro and Vice Mayor Atty. Sir Benjamin Tesoro, as well as the cooperation of LGU personnel, employees, barangay officials, PNP personnel, BFP personnel, and the people of San Manuel, the six-day celebration was a great success.
